Job summary

Far East Industrial Supply & Co., Inc. is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to support planning, coordination, supervision, and monitoring of civil works to ensure project completion according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.

The candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree; licensure is an advantage but not required. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of civil construction, site development, and construction practices is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site and be assigned to project sites when required.
• Willing to work in a construction/industrial environment.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring civil construction activities.
• Supervise and monitor construction work at the site to ensure compliance with approved plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor the progress and quality of work.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, measurements, and other engineering records.
• Assist in quantity take-offs, material estimates, and preparation of project requirements.
• Monitor project schedules and provide updates regarding work progress.
• Identify and report technical issues, delays, and other concerns encountered on site.
• Ensure that work activities comply with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Perform other engineering-related duties as may be assigned.
