Job summary

Firstlead Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering graduate to join as CAD Operator & Project Support. The role centers on preparing and updating AutoCAD drawings while assisting in monitoring construction and property projects.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• AutoCAD knowledge from basic to intermediate level.
• Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings and plans.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site activities.
• Capable of basic measurements and quantity take-offs.
• Willingness to conduct site visits and monitor project activities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word) and good documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are looking for a Civil Engineering graduate to join our team as CAD Operator & Project Support. The position will primarily assist in preparing and updating CAD drawings while also supporting the monitoring and documentation of ongoing construction and property-related projects.

About you

Advantage but Not Required

• OJT/internship experience in construction or project management.
• Knowledge of SketchUp or other drafting/design software.
• Experience with BOQ preparation, estimates, or quantity take-offs.
• Experience preparing site reports, punch lists, or project documentation.
