Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist in Manila to support Australian customers across email, phone, and web chat. You will handle deliveries, returns, refunds, back orders, and product concerns, while maintaining high-quality service and adherence to SOPs.

You will work with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Retail, Marketing, and Legal to resolve issues, drive improvements, and meet KPIs in a busy, office-based environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Service in retail or e-commerce.
• Experience with omni-channel support and logistics context.
• Familiar with Australian Consumer Law.
• Experience working with Australian customers.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, web chat.
• Assist with deliveries, returns, back orders, and refunds.
• Resolve cases within defined service levels and timeframes.
• Provide accurate information per policies and procedures.
• Develop product knowledge to advise customers effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Suggest process improvements and share customer insights.
• Support sales opportunities by understanding customer needs.
