Qualifications

• Handle customer communication via email, responding to 15–20 messages per hour.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Amenable to seasonal ramp-ups (30–60 days).
• Willing to work OT to help with high volume.
