Rongsheng Steel Structures Inc in Quezon City, Metro Manila is seeking an Office Architect to translate concepts into detailed drawings and plans. This full-time role supports design and architecture operations, ensuring quality, functionality and aesthetic excellence across projects.

You will work with senior architects, produce buildable designs, and coordinate with structural and mechanical teams while applying Philippine building codes and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• Professional licence or registration as an Architect, or candidate status, as required in the Philippines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or equivalent BIM tools.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications.

About the role

Rongsheng Steel Structures Inc is seeking a talented Office Architect to join our growing team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of innovative architectural solutions within our organisation. As an Office Architect, you will play a crucial role in translating conceptual designs into detailed architectural drawings and plans, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards for quality, functionality, and aesthetic excellence. This position is central to our design and architecture operations, bridging the gap between vision and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and technical specifications using industry-standard software and drafting tools
• Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to translate design concepts into practical, buildable solutions
• Ensure all architectural drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and client requirements
• Review and revise architectural documents based on feedback from stakeholders and project requirements
• Maintain accurate and organised project documentation and drawing files
• Participate in design meetings and provide input on architectural feasibility and optimisation
• Assist in the preparation of architectural presentations and visualisations for client meetings
• Support the coordination of drawings with structural, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines
• Contribute to continuous improvement of architectural standards, templates, and processes

What we’re looking for

• Formal qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology from an accredited institution
• Professional licence or registration as an Architect (or candidate architect status), as required in the Philippines
• Proficiency in architectural drafting software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent BIM tools
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices
• Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills with meticulous attention to accuracy
• Solid understanding of steel structures and structural design principles
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in steel construction or commercial building design is highly desirable
• Knowledge of Philippine building codes and construction standards
