Job summary

Artelia Philippines Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural projects from concept through construction for retail and industrial sectors.

You will develop designs, supervise BIM models, and ensure compliance with codes, budgets and schedules. The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture, a licensed PRC preferred, and 8+ years of relevant experience, including leadership in multi-disciplinary teams and client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required.
• Licensed Architect (PRC) is highly preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant architectural experience.
• 3–5 years in a Senior Architect or Lead Design role.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects and client-facing responsibilities.
• Exposure to retail, industrial, commercial, or similar building projects is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine building codes, planning regulations, and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, design development, and construction documents.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, BIM/Revit models, specifications, and presentation materials.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination with structural, civil, MEPF, and specialty consultants.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, accessibility requirements, and client standards.
• Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and project workshops.
• Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and resolve construction-related issues.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design intent and project specifications.
• Evaluate materials, finishes, and construction methods to optimize quality, sustainability, and cost.
• Assist in project planning, proposal preparation, resource allocation, and fee estimation.
• Produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead architectural projects from concept development through detailed design and construction, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and technically sound solutions that meet client requirements, regulatory standards, budget, and project timelines.
