Job summary

Crimson Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Architect to lead architectural projects from concept through construction in Makati. You will supervise the Junior Architect(s) and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality designs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, with 3–5 years of design experience. Licensure is an advantage but not required; proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
• License is an advantage, but not required.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant design experience.
• Proficient or knowledgeable in Autocad, SketchUp, and basic rendering engines like Enscape.
• Excellent communication, intrapersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision‑making capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be willing to conduct site visits.
• Proven experience managing complex commercial, residential and mixed‑use projects.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, construction methods, and permitting processes.
• Knowledgeable in other partner engineering trades. (MEPFS).

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Senior Architect is responsible for leading architectural projects from conceptual design through construction completion. This role oversees project planning, design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and regulatory compliance while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
