Rongsheng Steel Structures Inc in Quezon City, Metro Manila is seeking an Office Architect to translate concepts into detailed drawings and plans. This full-time role supports design and architecture operations, ensuring quality, functionality and aesthetic excellence across projects.

You will work with senior architects, produce buildable designs, and coordinate with structural and mechanical teams while applying Philippine building codes and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• Professional licence or registration as an Architect, or candidate status, as required in the Philippines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or equivalent BIM tools.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with senior architects to translate designs into buildable solutions.
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes and client requirements.
• Review and revise documents based on stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain organized project documentation and drawing files.
• Support architectural presentations and coordination with engineering disciplines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of standards and templates.
