Job summary

Eastvantage is seeking an Office 365 and Intune Systems Administrator to manage user accounts, licenses, and security policies across Office 365 and Intune environments. The role focuses on ensuring mail flow stability, device enrollment, policy enforcement, and automation scripting for efficient IT operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PowerShell scripting, PSADT, and hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune MDM/MAM.

Qualifications

• Experience with Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business & Teams
• PowerShell scripting experience, including PSADT, for software deployment
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune for MDM/MAM and policy enforcement
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, groups, and licenses within Office 365
• Create & manage dynamic distribution lists and Office 365 groups
• Generate and analyse usage reports to monitor and optimize Office 365 services
• Assign licenses to Office 365 to ensure compliance and cost-efficiency
• Diagnose and resolve mail flow issues; troubleshoot calendar synchronization and mailbox performance
• Configure & maintain Microsoft Intune infrastructure; manage MDM and MAM policies
• Create and enforce compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app protection policies
• Monitor and troubleshoot device enrollment and compliance issues
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine tasks
• Assess end-user devices and update PSADT scripts for deployment
