Job summary

Eastvantage in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Office 365 Administrator to manage user accounts, groups, licenses, and reporting, and to configure Intune for MDM/MAM. The role requires strong PSADT/PowerShell skills and collaboration with IT teams.

You will optimize Office 365 services, troubleshoot mail flow and calendar sync, and implement security baselines and automation across devices. Certification and hands-on Intune experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Office 365 administration and license management.
• Hands-on Intune administration and MDM/MAM knowledge.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills, especially PSADT.
• Ability to generate usage reports and optimize services.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, groups, and licenses in Office 365.
• Create and manage dynamic distribution lists and Office 365 groups.
• Generate usage reports to monitor and optimize services.
• Diagnose mail flow and calendar synchronization issues.
• Configure and manage Intune for MDM/MAM and enforce policies.
• Develop automation scripts for routine tasks.
• Assess end-user applications and test image deployments.
