Job summary

The Senior Associate Executive at PERSOL supports the Offboarding team within Group HR Shared Services (HRSS) and administers end-to-end employee separation processes across healthcare institutions, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant handling of offboarding transactions.

• Diploma in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2–3 years in HR operations or HR shared services.
• Experience in employee lifecycle or offboarding is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or HRIS is preferred.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end employee separation processes across healthcare institutions.
• Process separations accurately within SLAs and maintain records.
• Prepare resignation acknowledgments, exit letters and clearance docs.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, IT and hiring institutions for clearance.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and deliver customer-focused HR services.
