Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Proven experience in onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and employee records management.
• Knowledge of labor laws and data privacy regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities and HRIS updates.
• Manage end-to-end offboarding processes and exit documentation.
• Administer employee benefits, enrollments, renewals, and inquiries.
• Process HR lifecycle transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy requirements.
• Generate HR reports and identify process improvements.
