Job summary

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. is seeking an HR Officer (OD) to design impactful learning interventions, build robust talent pipelines, and align employee performance with our strategic business goals.

On-site in Libis, Quezon City. You will drive L&D initiatives, develop curricula, and implement succession planning, competency frameworks, and career-pathing designs while supporting performance management and job architecture to enable organizational growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of solid experience in Learning & Organization Development (retail industry background is a huge plus!).
• Expertise: Proven track record in training facilitation, curriculum development, succession planning, and career pathing design.
• Technical Know-how: Familiarity with competency frameworks, performance management, and job architecture.

Responsibilities

• Drive L&D initiatives: conduct TNA, design curricula, and facilitate high-impact learning programs.
• Strengthen talent pipelines: design and implement succession planning programs and competency frameworks.
• Support organizational growth: drive performance management initiatives, assist with job evaluation, and support organizational restructuring projects.
