Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience with OD, HRBP, and senior leadership
• Experience leading organization-wide transformation across multi-brand or multi-site environments
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR policies
• Experience in FMCG, QSR, or retail is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead OD strategies aligned with long-term business objectives and growth plans
• Oversee HRBP function and provide strategic advisory to executives
• Develop group-wide talent management and succession planning
• Oversee leadership development and learning programs
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and culture initiatives
