Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in vessel operations, port or terminal operations, shipping agencies, ocean logistics, or related functions.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing day‑to‑day operational activities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of shipping, cargo operations, vessel husbandry, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with port authorities, government agencies, terminals, and external service providers.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee port operations, vessel calls, and husbandry activities across Luzon.
• Establish and improve operational processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with terminals, port authorities, and service providers.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing operations team.
• Oversee cargo execution and DG/OOG/Reefer cargo handling with regulatory compliance.
