Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in the Philippines seeks a backend services professional to support the Ocean freight service line across regions, ensuring timely and accurate task completion within SOPs as part of a collaborative team.

The role emphasizes understanding station/country documentation, meeting SLAs/KPIs, and improving service through teamwork and ERP familiarity, with strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; logistics/management advantageous.
• 0–3 years of experience in BPO or logistics preferred.
• Ocean Freight experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and English communication.
• Exposure to ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand documentation requirements for the station/country and ensure SOP-compliant execution.
• Meet department SLAs and KPIs as per delivery guidelines.
• Operate on services according to shifts, countries, or regions.
• Deliver high service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify solutions and opportunities to improve service.
• Flag challenges in operations to supervisor and business partner promptly.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for regular communication and information flow.
