Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform network and administrative duties for the Service Centre to process inbound and outbound shipments.
• Carry out required administrative tasks for the Service Centre.
• Ensure operational practices and procedures are followed effectively.
• Process inbound material on arrival and ensure availability to couriers; secure non-deliveries per policy.
• Process outbound material according to latest processes.
• Capture shipment information for the network per standard procedures.
• Ensure equipment is operating and take corrective actions when needed; be proactive.
• Maintain a clean, ready process area for the next cycle.
• Demonstrate ability to influence decisions through value-added inputs.
