Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end air/ocean freight import/export operations.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Able to plan work and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• International logistics exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focus on customer needs and provide proactive service.
• Coordinate import/export shipments with customers, airlines, carriers and agents.
• Read and follow customer SOPs and monitor shipments.
• Prepare documentation for import/export consignments.
• Liaise with internal departments and third-party partners.
• Ensure timely freight booking and tracking.
• Support system roll-out and process improvements.
