Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a driven professional in Manila to support back-end ocean freight services across country, regional, or global operations. You will collaborate with a larger team to improve service delivery and meet SOPs and KPIs.

The role requires 0–3 years in BPO/logistics, a degree (logistics/management a plus), strong English communication, and familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems. It emphasizes customer-centric problem-solving and cross-regional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (any); logistics/management degree is a plus.
0–3 years of experience in BPO or logistics.
Air Freight experience preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Effective English communication, written and verbal.
Exposure to ERP systems preferred.
Good logical reasoning and customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

Understand station/country documentation requirements and ensure SOP-compliant execution.
Meet department SLAs and KPIs per delivery guidelines.
Operate on services by shifts, countries or regions.
Deliver high service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify improvements for partners.
Flag challenges to supervisor and business partner promptly.
Coordinate with stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information.
