Qualifications

• Air Freight experience will be preferred
• Exposure to MS Office and ERP platforms is advantageous
• Good written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Understand station/country documentation requirements and ensure tasks follow SOPs.
• Meet department SLAs and KPIs per delivery guidelines.
• Operate on services according to shifts, countries, or regions.
• Deliver high service quality through timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify improvements and best practices.
