Qualifications

• Air Freight experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience with ERPs is a plus.
• Strong logical reasoning and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Understand station/country documentation requirements and ensure SOP-compliant execution.
• Meet department SLAs and KPIs per delivery guidelines.
• Operate services across shifts, countries or regions.
• Deliver high-quality service with timely and accurate completion of services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify best practices and improvement opportunities.
• Flag challenges to supervisor and partner promptly.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for regular communication and information flow.
