Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and a valid PRC license.
• Experience in occupational health or clinic nursing is preferred.
• Knowledge of OSH standards, BLS, first aid, and DOLE regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle medical records.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid and emergency treatment to employees.
• Assess health conditions and determine medical interventions or referrals.
• Administer prescribed medications within nursing scope.
• Monitor employees returning to work and evaluate fitness for duty.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records.
• Coordinate medical examinations and vaccination programs.
• Support health protocols during outbreaks and assist HR with return-to-work.
• Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
