Job summary

Metallfit, Inc. seeks a Company Nurse to deliver basic occupational health services at our shared clinic for two sister companies. The nurse will provide first aid, health monitoring, and medical assistance while coordinating with HR, Plant Heads, and Safety personnel.

Requirements include a BSN or equivalent, PRC license, strong nursing skills, and the ability to handle emergencies with discretion and professionalism. Willingness to train is expected.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent nursing degree recognized in the Philippines.
• Registered Nurse with valid PRC license in the Philippines.
• Strong basic nursing and first-aid skills.
• Ability to respond calmly during medical emergencies.
• Willing to undergo company-required training and follow occupational health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid and basic nursing care for work-related illness or injuries.
• Assess health concerns and determine first-aid management or referral.
• Coordinate emergency transport or hospital referral when needed.
• Maintain confidential medical records and treatment logs.
• Monitor employee health conditions and provide health-related advice.
• Conduct basic health assessments and vital-sign monitoring.
• Support occupational health programs and wellness activities.
• Coordinate medical examinations and follow-up consultations as assigned.
• Maintain clinic supplies, equipment, and inventory; monitor expirations.
• Collaborate with Safety/HSE and external healthcare providers as required.
