MANILA CATERING CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking an OSH Nurse to promote and maintain health, safety, and well-being of employees in a food manufacturing environment. The role provides primary healthcare services, administers first aid, and supports emergency response, with close collaboration with HR, Safety Officers, Production, and QA teams.

You will monitor workplace illnesses and injuries, ensure compliance with DOLE OSH standards, and help implement occupational health programs

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid PRC license and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• 1–3 years nursing experience, occupational health or industrial nursing preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, food manufacturing, logistics, or industrial settings is an advantage.
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training (BOSH) for Nurses.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• First Aid Training and Occupational Health and Safety Training.

About the role

The OSH Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health, safety, and well-being of employees in the workplace. The position provides primary healthcare services, administers first aid and emergency response, manages occupational health programs, monitors workplace illnesses and injuries, and ensures compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards. In a food manufacturing environment, the OSH Nurse works closely with HR, Safety Officers, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to promote employee health, manage workplace hazards, and support food safety and employee welfare programs.

About you
