Private Advertiser in Laguna, Philippines is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide occupational health and medical support at a food manufacturing facility on a retainer basis.

The role covers basic medical assessment, first aid, injury handling, health records, and collaboration with management and external clinics to ensure DOLE OSH compliance.

Ideal candidate has valid PRC license, experience in industrial settings, good communication, and willingness to work under retainer terms.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid Philippine PRC license.
• Preferably with experience in occupational health, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of Philippine occupational safety and health requirements.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic medical assessment and first aid to employees.
• Attend to workplace injuries and illnesses and coordinate referrals when necessary.
• Maintain appropriate medical and health records.
• Assist in occupational health and safety programs.
• Support workplace health and emergency preparedness activities.
• Coordinate with management regarding employee health concerns.
• Assist in compliance with applicable DOLE OSH requirements.
• Provide health-related advice and support to employees and management.
• Coordinate with external clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers when necessary.
