Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Nurse Consultant to provide professional nursing and occupational health support in a manufacturing setting. You will assist in health programs, health monitoring, and coordination with the Company Physician, HR, Safety, and other departments.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and is PRC-licensed, with at least 2 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in occupational health or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• PRC-licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, company clinic, hospital, or manufacturing
• Knowledgeable in first aid, emergency response, health assessment, occupational health, and workplace wellness programs
• Experience in handling employee medical records and health documentation
• Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills
• Strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and compassion when dealing with employees
• Computer literate and proficient in preparing reports and documentation
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with the Company Physician, HR, Safety, and other departments
• Willing to work in a manufacturing/plant environment and on a Monday to Saturday schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid, basic nursing care, and immediate medical assistance to employees
• Conduct initial assessment of employees' health concerns and facilitate appropriate medical referral when necessary
• Assist the Company Physician in the implementation of occupational health and wellness programs
• Monitor employee health conditions and conduct necessary follow-ups
• Assist in pre-employment medical examinations, annual physical examinations, and other health assessment activities
• Maintain accurate, updated, and confidential employee medical and health records
• Monitor the availability, proper storage, and inventory of medicines, medical supplies, and clinic equipment
• Assist in responding to workplace accidents, medical emergencies, and other health-related incidents
• Assist in implementing health education, wellness, disease prevention, and health awareness programs
• Monitor and document work-related injuries and illnesses and prepare required reports
