RGC Group (Uratex Philippines) is seeking a Company Nurse to promote employees’ health and well-being while supporting HR functions in a manufacturing environment. The position requires a BS Nursing, valid PRC license, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

You will provide occupational health services, handle emergency care, health education, and wellness programs, while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in records and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BS Nursing) required.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• At least 1 year of relevant admin/HR or occupational health experience preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage records and reports.

• To support the organization's business objectives by managing human resources, employee relations, training and development, recruitment, administrative services, and compliance with labor laws and company policies while fostering a productive and positive work environment.

Company Nurse

• To promote and maintain employees' health, safety, and well-being by providing occupational health services, emergency medical care, health education, and wellness programs, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BS Nursing).
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• With at least one (1) year of relevant experience in administrative work, preferably in HR, occupational health, or a corporate/industrial setting.
• With good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• With strong attention to detail and the ability to manage records and prepare reports accurately.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in handling employee health records and HR-related information.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• With good coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with employees, supervisors, and other departments.
• Willing to work onsite in a manufacturing environment.
