RGC Group (Uratex Philippines) is seeking a Company Nurse to promote employees’ health and well-being while supporting HR functions in a manufacturing environment. The position requires a BS Nursing, valid PRC license, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

You will provide occupational health services, handle emergency care, health education, and wellness programs, while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in records and reports.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BS Nursing) required.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• At least 1 year of relevant admin/HR or occupational health experience preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage records and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR objectives by managing human resources, employee relations, training and development, recruitment, administrative services, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Promote and maintain employees' health, safety, and well-being by providing occupational health services, emergency medical care, health education, and wellness programs in a manufacturing setting.
