Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse (PRC) to join our on-site team in Makati. The ideal candidate will have corporate nursing or occupational health experience and hands-on IV Therapy expertise.

You will coordinate with HR and the Safety Officer, support wellness programs, and manage health documentation. The role requires confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform front-office duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse with PRC license and solid Company Nurse/occupational health experience.
• At least 1 year of Company Nurse or occupational health experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on IV Therapy experience and IV Therapy certification preferred.
• BOSH certification is an advantage.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of maintaining confidentiality of health information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing workplace health and wellness programs.
• Support occupational health and safety programs and activities.
• Assist in workplace health and safety inspections and report concerns.
• Coordinate with HR and the Safety Officer on employee health matters.
• Maintain workplace sanitation and basic health and safety standards.
• Provide front-office support and handle health-related documentation.

Job description

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Active PRC Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, or related nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on IV Therapy experience.
• IV Therapy (IVT) Certification is preferred.
• BOSH Certification is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of employee health information.
• Willing to perform both nursing and related administrative/front-office duties.
• Willing to work fully on-site in Makati City.

• Assist with filing, data entry, scanning, photocopying, and documentation.
• Maintain organized health and administrative records.
• Provide basic administrative support to HR as required.
