Cordlife Medical Phils., Inc. is seeking a Company Nurse / HR & Admin Assistant to deliver occupational health services, manage employee medical records, and support HR and Admin operations. The role combines clinical care with administrative duties to ensure a safe, compliant workplace.
The ideal candidate holds a PRC-licensed nursing degree, with preferred HR coursework and BOSH/BLS certifications. Fresh grads with PRC license are welcome to apply; prior occupational health exposure is a plus.
The Company Nurse / HR & Admin Assistant is responsible for delivering comprehensive occupational health services, first aid, and medical care to employees while simultaneously providing critical administrative and operational support to the Human Resources and Administration departments. This dual-role position manages the company’s health and safety compliance, employee health benefits administration, wellness programs, and general office administration to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with an active PRC License.
Additional coursework or certification in Human Resource Management or Business Administration is an advantage.
Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training certification (or willingness to complete upon hire).
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) / First Aid Certification.
At least 1–2 years of experience as a Company/Occupational Health Nurse, HR Assistant, or in a combined HR/Nursing role.
Open for fresh graduates with PRC License.
Administer immediate first aid, basic nursing care, and emergency treatment to employees experiencing work-related injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions.
Manage daily clinic operations, maintaining complete, accurate, and confidential employee medical records in accordance with health privacy regulations.
Monitor and maintain the inventory of medicine, medical supplies, and first aid equipment, ensuring timely requisitions and proper storage.
Manage and coordinate Annual Physical Examinations (APE), pre-employment medical clearances, and random or routine drug screenings.
Facilitate medical referrals and transport to accredited hospitals or clinics for severe injuries or specialized medical consultations.
Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies and programs aligned with statutory regulatory standards.
Act as an active member of the Health and Safety Committee, participating in workplace hazard inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
Prepare and submit mandatory government and internal health and safety reports (e.g., work accident/illness reports, health trend analyses).
Promote health awareness by organizing wellness initiatives, health seminars, immunization drives, and safety training sessions.
Manage the processing of healthcare benefits, including HMO.
Maintain and update electronic and physical employee files, personnel records, and HR databases.
Coordinate employee relations and engagement activities, company events, and wellness programs.
Provide administrative support to the HR & Admin Department, including document drafting, filing, and report preparation.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone inquiries, and visitor/guest reception as needed.
Perform other related duties and administrative tasks assigned by management.
