Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an Occupational Health & Safety Nurse to support employee health, provide first aid, and administer IV therapy on-site in Makati City.

The role requires a nursing degree and at least one year of occupational health nursing experience. Ideal candidates will have hands-on IV Therapy experience, strong organizational and documentation skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Position: Occupational Health & Safety Nurse

Work Arrangement: Fully On-Site

Salary Range: ₱28,000 – ₱30,000 per month

Position Overview

The Occupational Health & Safety Nurse will be responsible for providing employee health and nursing support, first aid, IV Therapy services, occupational health and safety assistance, and employee wellness activities.

The role will also assist with maintaining health records, medical supplies, and basic administrative and front-office requirements.

Work Schedule

Standard Work Schedule

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN

Compressed Work Hours Arrangement

A compressed work hours arrangement may be granted up to twice (2x) per week, subject to management approval and operational requirements:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The compressed work hours arrangement is subject to prior management approval.
