You will supervise callers, monitor performance, coach the team, handle escalations, and ensure consistent meeting bookings, supported by scripts, a dialer, and CRM. The role focuses on leadership and execution, with coaching from veteran US enterprise sellers and a performance-based bonus structure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven B2B cold calling / appointment setting experience on US accounts.
• Experience supervising outbound sales / lead generation teams.
• Neutral, native-level spoken English with no discernible foreign accent.
• Own reliable laptop, headset, and stable internet (we provide dialer and software).

Responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced lead generation supervisorto manage and drive a high-performing outbound lead generation team booking qualified meetings with US decision-makers. This is a leadership and execution role: we provide the calling scripts, target lists, dialer with US number, and ongoing sales coaching. The candidate's job is to supervise callers, monitor performance, coach the team, handle escalations, and ensure qualified meetings are consistently booked.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of outbound B2B lead generators conducting high-volume cold calling to US prospects
• Monitor daily calling activity, performance, and meeting-booking results
• Ensure team members consistently follow provided scripts and talk tracks
• Coach team members on objection handling, communication, and appointment-setting techniques
• Review calls and provide actionable feedback to improve performance
• Track team KPIs and identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Hold team members accountable for activity, quality, and meeting targets
• Review booked meetings to ensure they meet qualification requirements
• Ensure all call outcomes and meeting details are logged accurately in the CRM
• Attend brief daily check-ins with the US team and provide performance updates

Qualifications and Requirements

• Neutral, native-level spoken English with no discernible foreign accent. This is the primary screening criterion. Candidates will be assessed via live mock cold call before advancing.
• 4+ years of proven B2B cold calling / appointment setting experience on US accounts
• Previous experience supervising, coaching, or leading an outbound sales / lead generation team
• Strong understanding of US B2B cold calling, objection handling, and appointment setting
• Proven track record of improving team performance and meeting booking results
• Strong, clear, professional spoken English suitable for US prospects
• Comfortable reviewing calls, providing direct feedback, and coaching callers in real time
• Works fully independently - no training or day-to-day management required from client side
• Own reliable laptop, headset, and stable internet (we provide dialer and all software)
