Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Process Trainer for an onsite role in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. The role focuses on delivering O2C process training, coaching, and evaluating learner progress within BFSI operations.

The candidate must have hands-on O2C experience and strong facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate workflows and performance standards to diverse teams across operations. Night shifts and weekend availability may be required.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes required.
• Strong training delivery and presentation abilities.
• Ability to explain O2C workflows and procedures clearly.
• Experience with coaching, training assessments and performance evaluation.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and support O2C process training, explaining workflows, policies, and requirements.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides and job aids aligned with business needs.
• Conduct knowledge assessments, practical exercises, and evaluations to measure learning.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve results.
• Collaborate with Operations, QA and global stakeholders to identify training needs and drive improvements.
