Asticom is seeking a detail-oriented Collections Staff to support our Accounts Receivable and Collections operations in the Philippines. You will handle customer communications regarding outstanding balances, assist with payment reconciliation, and maintain accurate collection records.

You will coordinate with the Account Management Team to facilitate timely payments, document interactions, and provide regular updates to the Team Lead on collection progress.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or business-related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate financial recordkeeping.

Mansioni

• Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and written correspondence to collect outstanding balances and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Support the Account Management Team in payment reconciliation and provide collections updates.
• Accurately document customer interactions, payment agreements, and collection activities in the designated system or monitoring file.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Team Lead regarding collection progress and outstanding balances.
• Assist in preparing check collections and processing payment applications through WF, in coordination with the Account Management Team.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders regarding account and collection matters.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and correspondence related to account and collection management.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
