Job summary

D2B in New Zealand seeks an experienced Credit Analyst to support residential mortgage assessment, lender research, and submissions.

You will analyze client financial positions, compute serviceability, and prepare robust mortgage applications for review by Mortgage Advisers and the Director. This analytical role requires accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery within NZ business hours, with a flexible remote setup.

Qualifications

Demonstrated recent experience as a Credit Analyst or related role in NZ mortgage industry.
Strong understanding of NZ residential lending and lender policies.
Experience using lender serviceability calculators and financial statement analysis.
Excellent written and spoken English with high numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

Review client applications and supporting documents (payslips, bank statements, tax returns).
Analyze income, expenses, assets and liabilities to compute borrowing capacity.
Complete serviceability calculations and model lending scenarios.
Research NZ lender policies and prepare submission-ready notes and summaries.
Ensure complete, compliant records in MYCRM/NZFSG and support submission tracking.
