Qualifications

• NZ mortgage administration experience preferred.
• Proficient with MYCRM and NZFSG systems.
• Strong understanding of NZ residential home-loan processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English with attention to detail.
• Willing to work NZ business hours from Manila.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and prepare submission-ready packages.
• Audit and verify documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain MYCRM and NZFSG records with proper fileNotes.
• Coordinate with lenders, conveyancers, and clients to resolve conditions.
• Support the Company Director and Advisers; manage calendars and workflows.
