Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in workforce management, staffing ops, scheduling, healthcare ops, BPO/GBS/shared services.
• 7+ years of leadership overseeing operational teams.
• Strong experience with workforce planning, staffing optimization, scheduling, and resource management.
• Proven ability to manage performance via KPIs, SLAs, and metrics.
• Experience leading process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across local and global groups.
• Experience with workforce management systems and scheduling technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for centralized scheduling and workforce optimization operations.
• Manage resource optimization teams, scheduling experts, and operational support staff.
• Establish goals, service standards, and performance expectations aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor daily workforce operations for productivity, quality, and service excellence.
• Develop and implement workforce optimization strategies to maximize staffing efficiency and labor utilization.
• Oversee staffing allocation, scheduling workflows, capacity planning, and resource balancing.
• Partner with operational leaders to support forecasting and staffing models.
• Analyze workforce metrics, trends, and performance data to identify improvements.
• Establish, monitor, and manage KPIs, SLAs, and benchmarks.
• Review reporting to assess productivity and quality; present updates to leadership.
• Lead process improvement, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
• Support implementation of workforce management tech and scheduling systems.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, HR, finance, and admin stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with workforce management standards and procedures.
• Oversee QA activities, risk mitigation, and escalation management.
• Develop operational documentation, workflows, and reporting standards.
