Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in workforce management, staffing operations or scheduling in healthcare or BPO environments.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing operational teams.
• Experience supporting hospital or healthcare operations preferred.
• Knowledge of workforce planning methodologies and forecasting required.
• Experience managing workforce management technologies and scheduling platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and process improvement skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized staffing, workforce planning and scheduling operations for U.S. healthcare services.
• Set goals, service standards and performance expectations.
• Monitor productivity, quality and service delivery metrics.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development for scheduling and workforce teams.
• Ensure consistent execution of staffing and scheduling processes across operations.
• Develop and implement workforce optimization strategies to improve labor utilization.
• Manage staffing allocation, scheduling workflows and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with operational leaders on forecasting and labor management.
• Analyze workforce trends and identify risks and opportunities.
• Support enterprise-wide workforce planning and centralized staffing programs.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs and benchmarks and report performance to leadership.
• Analyze reports to evaluate productivity and service quality.
• Drive accountability for targets and business objectives.
• Present workforce trends and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Use data analytics to support workforce decisions and improvements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and technology optimizations.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices across teams.
