Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced nurse educator to design and deliver online learning programs for clinical teams supporting a US-based organization. You will help nurses build skills and confidence through engaging virtual training and collaborate with US-based education colleagues to keep content current and effective.

Responsibilities include developing interactive digital content, applying adult learning principles, and assessing learner outcomes to drive improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have BSN and active Philippine RN license.
• At least 5 years combined experience including 3+ years in clinical practice.
• 2+ years in leadership, training, or professional development projects.
• Experience designing or facilitating online or blended learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and deliver virtual training for nursing staff, including onboarding and specialty skills.
• Create interactive digital learning content using online platforms.
• Apply adult learning principles to design programs for different experience levels.
• Collaborate with US-based education specialists to refine learning plans.
• Assess nurse competency and align training with regulatory standards.
• Track program results and report on outcomes and improvements.
