Our Clients is seeking a Project Coordinator to support nursing professional development programs from planning through implementation and evaluation. You will coordinate projects, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional activities, monitor milestones and KPIs, maintain documentation, and support launches and process improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing-related bachelor’s degree with PM training and at least 3 years in project coordination, healthcare operations, or nursing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
• Project management training required.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, healthcare operations, nursing education, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional activities.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, KPIs, and program outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare reports and presentations.
• Support program launches, process improvements, and operational readiness.
