Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced nurse educator to design and deliver online learning programs for clinical teams supporting a US-based organization. You will help nurses build skills and confidence through engaging virtual training and collaborate with US-based education colleagues to keep content current and effective.

Responsibilities include developing interactive digital content, applying adult learning principles, and assessing learner outcomes to drive improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have BSN and active Philippine RN license.
• At least 5 years combined experience including 3+ years in clinical practice.
• 2+ years in leadership, training, or professional development projects.
• Experience designing or facilitating online or blended learning.

You will help new and tenured nurses build skills and confidence through engaging virtual training, and you will work closely with US-based education colleagues to keep content current and effective.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, and deliver virtual training for nursing staff, including onboarding, specialty clinical skills (such as cardiac rhythm interpretation), new graduate transition, and mentor development
• Create interactive digital learning content using online learning platforms and tools
• Apply adult learning principles and sound teaching methods to design programs for different experience levels
• Work with US-based education specialists to share best practices and refine learning plans
• Assess nurse competency and keep training aligned with regulatory and organizational standards
• Track program results, analyze learner data, and report on outcomes and improvement opportunities

About you

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an active Philippine RN license
• At least 5 years of combined experience, including 3+ years of clinical practice in a relevant specialty and 2+ years in leadership, training, or professional development project work
• Experience designing or facilitating online or blended learning
• Familiarity with US healthcare practices and the ability to work with US-based teams
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
• Comfortable with virtual platforms and learning technology
