Job summary

You will ensure first-time-right builds and safe launch, guiding engineers and technicians while aligning Planning, PE, IE, QA, Test, Materials, and Supply Chain to meet yield, cycle time, and cost targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 8–10 years in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing, and at least 3 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 8–10 years of experience in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in leadership roles overseeing NPI/PE/ME teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPI execution and safe launch.
• Drive KPIs: OTS/OTC, Safe Launch Yield, cycle time.
• Coach NPI Engineers and Technicians to strengthen competencies.
• Facilitate cross-functional NPI meetings to track risks.
• Ensure QMS/IATF/PPAP compliance and documentation.
• Oversee NPI Library / uBOM implementation.
• Drive cost and quality improvements.
