Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or related manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with adaptability and sound decision-making.
Self-driven professional with initiative, ownership, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and provide production support engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
Provide technical expertise to ensure timely and efficient resolution of product and manufacturing issues, meeting milestones.
Collaborate with Design, Process, Test, Reliability, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to resolve product-related issues and improve yield and quality.
Drive continuous process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and increase yield.
Support product derivative bring-up from the existing portfolio to enable new sales opportunities and qualification activities.
