Job summary

onsemi is seeking an experienced test/production engineer in the Philippines to maintain and improve process capability, yield, and defect rates while supporting NPI, machine qualification, and back-end KPI attainment. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, test-platform development, and early involvement in design-for-test to ensure robust validation and reliable device performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Micro-electronics, or related field.
7+ years of product or test engineering experience in semiconductor devices.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Assembly, Product, and Fab teams for on-time mass production releases.
Capture potential failure modes and reflect them in DFMEA with action owners.
Provide APQP test deliverables to meet marketing release timelines.
Ensure POR to meet back-end manufacturing KPI requirements (Quality, Yield, Cycle Time).
Develop test platforms/solutions and participate in design reviews for test requirements.
Establish robust test coverage and guard bands in final test areas.
Perform statistical analysis on electrical characterization and reliability drift.
Support customer-related activities as needed.
