Job summary

UPL is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth in the Northwestern Mindanao province. You will lead distributor relationships, plan and execute market strategies, and ensure alignment with annual sales programs.

The role emphasizes profitability, customer loyalty, and market presence across the territory. The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years in agricultural sales management, with knowledge of agrochemicals or crop protection, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Education: Agricultural Engineer, preferably with marketing/commercial specialization.
Experience: 10 years in sales management within agriculture; agrochemicals or crop protection preferred.
Technical: Sales management; basic finance concepts; knowledge about crops and products in the area of influence.
Behavior: Customer orientation, change management, communication, results, leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop action plans for main distributors to grow sell-in and loyalty.
Coordinate campaigns with Marketing to define volume, price and promotions.
Forecast and consolidate regional information; manage stockouts and market presence.
Manage pricing within boundaries to maximize margins while staying competitive.
Build, manage and develop a Sales & Promoters team.
