Solenis is seeking a Territory Manager – North Luzon District to manage and grow key customer accounts in the North Luzon region. You will oversee sales forecasting, inventory planning, and customer commitments while collaborating with Technical, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations teams to deliver value and sustainable growth.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or related fields and at least 2 years in account/territory management or technical sales

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in account/territory management or technical sales.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, water treatment, hygiene, sanitation, or food & beverage sectors is preferred.
• Ability to forecast sales, plan inventory, and coordinate customer projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow existing customer relationships and renewals.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and coordinate with Supply Chain for product availability.
• Coordinate customer trials, validations, audits, and technical initiatives.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
