TeamRidemax Philippines is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead and expand the North Luzon dealer network from Bulacan. The role emphasizes driving sales, expanding market coverage, and strengthening our motorcycle tires, suspension products, and lubricants across the region.

The ideal candidate will have field sales experience in the motorcycle aftermarket, strong relationships with dealers and distributors, and the ability to travel extensively within North Luzon.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–3 years in sales, territory management, or area sales management.
• Experience in motorcycle/automotive aftermarket is preferred.
• Based in Bulacan with willingness to travel extensively in North Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Grow revenue through dealer development, distribution expansion, and new account acquisition.
• Manage dealers, distributors, retailers, workshops, and key accounts.
• Strengthen product movement, visibility, and merchandising at dealer locations.
• Provide market insights and forecast territory performance.
