IntelliPro – Hiring for Temu is seeking Non-Voice Customer Service Agents to assist Temu customers with inquiries, returns, and other concerns. Fresh graduates are welcome and strong written English is valued.

The role is onsite at Cyberscape Gamma, Ortigas, Pasig City with rotating shifts including weekends and holidays. This position offers a monthly salary range of PHP 22,000 to PHP 32,000, plus benefits such as HMO, performance-based bonuses, annual/paid sick leave, and shift premiums where

Competenze

• Strong written English communication and data entry skills.
• Fresh graduates or those with up to 3 years of call center experience welcome.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about orders, returns, and general concerns through non-voice channels.
• Track and manage customer cases through resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with general support tasks.

Qualifications

• High School, Senior High School, or college graduate; college undergraduates must have completed at least two years.
• Fresh graduates and applicants with up to 3 years of call center experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong written English communication and data entry skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite at Robinsons Cyberscape Gamma, Ortigas, Pasig City
• Schedule: Shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays. Full flexibility is required and non-negotiable. Applicants must be willing and available to work any assigned shift.
