Job summary

Igloo in the Philippines is seeking an aggressive, results-driven Non-life Sales Officer to join our Brokerage team. You will sell a broad range of non-life insurance products to corporate clients, SMEs and affinity groups.

You’ll lead new business from prospecting to closure, build a healthy pipeline, and aim to exceed sales targets. This hunter role operates with minimal hand‑holding and is backed by Igloo’s partner portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of proven success in non-life insurance sales or business development.
• Strong network and understanding of corporate insurance buying behaviours in the Philippines.
• Proven track record of generating leads, closing B2B deals, and exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities

• Assemble new business opportunities directly with corporate clients, SMEs, and affinity groups.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently exceed targets.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing for onboarding and delivery.
