Job summary

PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies in Metro Manila seeks a Sales Support professional to help implement sales and operating strategies aimed at achieving revenue and profit targets. You will mobilize the team and network with potential clients while ensuring accuracy in insurance sales.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree, at least 3 years of work experience in Life/Non-Life/Health-HMO and Marketing, driving skills, and a willingness to do field work in Makati or Pasay.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 3 years work-related experience in Life/Non-Life/Health-HMO and Marketing.
• Preferably with driving skills.
• Amenable to do field work.
• Willing to work in Makati/Pasay area.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Department Head in implementing sales and operating strategies to attain revenue and profit targets.
• Executes sales drive strategies to optimize sales.
• Evaluates profitability of accounts and recommends remedial action to maintain favorable account loss ratios.
• Mobilizes the team in prospecting and networking with potential clients.
• Reviews proposal letter to prospective client.
• Ensures accuracy of insurance sales in terms of amount, client, branch, and other details.
• Monitors account conservation, timely renewal of policies, and collection of premium payments.
• Communicates with Insurance Product team in developing and enhancing products.
